Step by step process of making homemade pizza (Italian sausage pizza)

Ingredients for the pizza dough:

4 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of warm water
1 package of yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar

In a small bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, warm water and the package of yeast. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, olive oil and salt. Then add the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients. You can also use a mixer but I preferred using my hand or you can also use a spatula to mix all the ingredients. Dust some flour into your counter space and start knitting the dough probably 5 to 10 minutes. Place the dough into a bowl, cover it with a plastic wrap and let it rest and rise for 2 to 4 hours. After 2 or more hours you can start knitting the pizza dough, use the rolling pin and roll the dough into a pizza round shape.

Ingredients for the toppings:

1 jar of marinara sauce
2 lbs. of ground Italian sausage
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 
1/4 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can black olives (sliced)
1 red bell peppers (sliced)
salt and pepper for seasoning
1/4 cup of diced onions 

Saute, mix and cooked all the pizza toppings for 10 minutes. Assemble and bake the pizza for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
